Monday, March 29, 2021

Zoom Meeting

Which direction are things heading? For example: AmEx continues to lower its costs of rewards; Chase has bought CXLOYALTY, clearly as a long term play. What do industry experts see happening in the years ahead? Where is the long game? Tune in to hear industry experts discuss where the loyalty/rewards game is heading.
