Legal Cannabis—The Money Problem

Cash is disappearing. We still use it for small ticket items—coffee, snacks—how many of us use cash for something costing $30, $50, or $100? Few.
But there is an alternative world where cash is still king, and that world is not one of crime. It is the world of legal cannabis. Thirty states have legalized cannabis for medical or recreational purposes, but the federal government still regards marijuana as a drug on the par of heroin. And this creates a world where people can open stores and sell products, but cannot get bank accounts and must pay their taxes with bags of cash.
How are consumers, companies, and states dealing with this? How likely is legislative change?
