In the Land of Financial Services, Will AI Be King?

Tuesday, June 25, 2019

EY, 5 Times Square, New York, NY 10036

Over the last few years, artificial intelligence (AI) has moved from “great idea” to “take it one step at a time” to “mainstream.” Who hasn’t heard and read about what AI is going to bring us “down the road?” Where is AI proving to be most powerful now, and where is it heading? Opportunities include augmenting decision-making in customer support across channels and credit access and collections. But is it about substitution, replacing humans, or does it rewrite the roles and augment humans?

Come hear how AI technology leaders are helping financial institutions enable their teams to improve customer experience and enhance organizational infrastructure. Our panelists from innovative and well-known technology companies will offer a real-world perspective on AI implementations and approaches to improve customer service, operations and workflows.
