Can User Experience Make Payments Disappear?
Wednesday, March 21, 2018

UX (user experience) can make or break a product. Think about looking for and buying something—the easier the process, the more likely it is that you’ll do it rather than decide to decide later. Someone once suggested that Amazon’s main goal is to decrease the time between “I want” and “I have”. UX is a large part of making that happen–think 1-click payment. Can great UX lead to payments disappearing?
Simplicity is not easy, and NYPAY is bringing together people who know the hard work involved in making something easy.
